Stainless steel pizza cutter kit. 

Recommend blank size of 1” square by what ever length you want your handle to be. (We like to go around 4” long for final handle size) 

Drill and tap a hole to mount to your bottle stopper mandrel and then turn to your desired shape and finish with a finish of your choice. Shown here with a black dyed maple burl handle.
