Cleaver style cheese knife

Cleaver style cheese knife great for harder cheese! 

Requires a blank of at least 7/8” square by how ever long you’d like to make your handle (our preference is around 4” long handles) 

for instructions use the same ones for the other cheese knife with the exception of drilled hole size being 3/8”. 

please be careful when handling the knife as it is sharp
